Bursary Awards
Student Bursaries
BERA awards 20 bursaries each year to UK students and occasionally overseas students, to attend the Student and Main
Conference. BERA is keen to give financial help to students, registered for Higher Degrees by Research in an educational field, who
would not otherwise be able to attend the conference. Only full time students are eligible to apply and preference is given to
students who present at the Student Conference.
Teacher Bursaries
BERA awards 20 bursaries each year to cover supply costs to release teachers to attend the Student/Main Conference. All teachers
from the UK are eligible to apply but preference is given to those presenting a paper.
